For the preparation of working solutions it is necessary to use warm water.
1. Foam treatment.
- 750 ml of product is needed to be diluted in 10 liters of warm water
- pour the working solution into a special bowl with a nozzle - a mesh for the formation of the foam, with a few clicks on the bowl, whip the foam
- completely dip each teat in sequence into a foam
- after 10-30 seconds, remove the foam from the teat with a dry disposable or dry and clean multi-use napkin.
2. Treatment by spraying.
- dilute 500 ml of the product in 10 liters of warm water
- pour the working solution into a special sprayer or into the capacity of the rinsing pistol
- completely process the teats of the udder by solution
- after 10-30 seconds, remove the solution from the teat with a dry disposable or dry and clean reusable napkin
3. Treatment with a washing liquid (dipping of the teat):
- dilute 25 ml of the product in 10 liters of warm water
- pour the working solution into a special bowl (recycled or non- recycled)
- dip completely each teat in sequence into a bowl with detergent solution
- after 10-30 seconds, remove the cleaning solution from the teat with a dry disposable or dry and clean multi-use napkin
According to milking technology, the operator treats one after another 4 cows with a washing solution, then he returns to the cow treated first, wipes the teats dry and puts on the teat cups, moves on to the next processed cow, etc.
For these kinds of treatments, if the teats contamination level is high, the procedure should be repeated, if the back surface of the udder is heavily soiled, a cloth moistened in the working solution should be used.
4. Treatment with a washing liquid (soaking of napkins):
- dilute 25 ml of the product in 10 liters of warm water
- soak the needed number of napkins
- thoroughly wipe the teats with one side of the unfolded wet wipe, squeeze out the napkin, and wipe the teats with lightly wrapping movements from top to the bottom with the back, unused side of the napkin.
- put the used napkin in a container for used napkins
According to the milking technology, the operator treats the udder of each cow in a row, and after that the teat cups are immediately put on.
